At SWATVA, we celebrate the beauty of Indian craftsmanship. Majority of our pieces are handwoven, handprinted or hand-crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques,  Some are crafted using modern methods for precision and finish. Each saree is chosen for its quality, comfort, and design appeal.

We try our best to ensure the photographs reflect the true colours of each saree. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen settings. We aim to keep these differences minimal and true to the original look.

Every saree on our website includes a clear description under four fixed headings — Fabric, Design and Work; Dimensions; Styling Tips and Occasions; Care Tips. These details help you understand the material, look, and feel before ordering.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 7–9 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service.

Currently, we deliver only within India. We are working towards expanding internationally soon — please stay connected through our Instagram or newsletter for updates.

We offer secure payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. 

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with an opening video or images. All return and exchange requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Each saree comes with specific care tips mentioned in its description. As a general guide:

• Cottons: Gentle hand wash or mild detergent wash.
• Silks, blends, and delicate weaves: Dry clean only.

Proper care will help preserve the saree’s beauty and life.
