Return & Exchange Policy

At Swatva, we want you to be happy with your purchase. While we take utmost care to deliver every saree in perfect condition, our return and exchange policy applies only in case of a damaged or defective product.

When Can You Return?

You can request a return only if the product received is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you do not like the product after purchase.

Please check the product description, images, and details carefully before placing your order. For any queries, feel free to reach us on WhatsApp or Email.

How to Raise a Return Request?

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged product.

Share an unboxing video (mandatory) along with pictures clearly showing the damage.

Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order details and proof of damage.

Once verified, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Return Conditions

The saree must be returned in the same condition as received, with:

Tags intact

Original packaging preserved

No stains, wear, or alterations

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Swatva will not cover courier costs.

We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking to ensure safe return delivery.

Refund / Exchange

After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be issued a Return Code (Credit Note).

The Return Code can be used to purchase another product of the same value from our store.

The Return Code will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

No cash refunds will be made.

Products returned without following the above process (for example: without unboxing video, tags removed, or used items) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
