At Swatva Sarees, we put great care into packing and delivering every saree. As our products are delicate and often handcrafted, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a damaged or defective product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges if you do not like the product after receiving it due to colour, design, fabric, or personal preference.
Customers are requested to carefully check the product images, descriptions, and details on the website before placing an order.

How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the package being opened and the damage or defect.
Along with the video, please share clear images and details of the issue.
You can contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details and proof of damage.
Once the issue is verified, we will share the return address and further instructions.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, without any use.
Tags must remain intact, and the saree should be sent back in its original packaging.
Products that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Swatva Sarees does not cover return courier charges.
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refund / Credit Note
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a Return Code (Credit Note) will be issued.
The Return Code can be used to purchase another product of the same value from our store.
The Return Code will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
No cash refunds or bank refunds will be provided.
Important Notes
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Products returned without an unboxing video or not meeting the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
